Update to Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions have been slightly updated with the below changes.

[New] Autodev does not take responsibility for any physical damage caused on your devices running Auto-Umpire (iPhone and Apple Watch), nor any accidental physical injuries to you nor anyone near you. You agree to exercise caution when using the app, especially during physical exercises, sports, and games, to keep yourself, your fellow athletes, and your devices safe.
[New] While Auto-Umpire is designed for score-keeping and is suitable for smaller, friendly tournaments, Auto-Umpire has NOT been endorsed by Badminton World Federation (BWF) or any other sporting bodies. You understand that any app will have fail points (including but not limited to presence of bugs, insufficient battery levels, wireless interference, or mechanical/hardware failures), and agree that when using Auto-Umpire for tournaments, a secondary score-keeping system (e.g. pen-and-paper) may be required. Autodev shall not assume responsibility for any consequences caused by the failure of Auto-Umpire to keep scores correctly.
[New] Auto-Umpire Watch taps onto Apple's HealthKit to allow workouts to be tracked while score-keeping. You agree to share your basic health data during workouts (including heart rate and energy burned) solely for display on the app. Autodev shall not store the health data in any way after the workouts (beyond those used by Apple HealthKit, e.g. within Apple Health app), and shall not use the data outside of Auto-Umpire's usage contexts
